On July 21, CCPIT along with China International Chamber of Commerce and Zhejiang Meorient Commerce & Exhibition Inc. hosted an online exhibition — 2021 China – South Asia International Trade Digital Expo.

 

The expo’s main highlights after ten days are conquering the challenge of coronavirus and further promoting the economic and trade cooperation between China and South Asian countries for deeper, more solid, and stable actions.

Featuring the Chinese enterprises, their products, and the buyers’ demands in the South Asian area as the core, the Trade China platform is used to provide these enterprises with online communication, negotiation opportunities, and precise matching services. With Trade China platform, these enterprises find cooperation opportunities and explore the international market.

 

Over 1,000 enterprises joined the exhibition where 10,000 professional purchasers from South Asian countries are expected to visit online. The expo covered varied categories from consumer electronics, home appliances, household and gifts, machinery, rubber, plastic and packaging, food and food processing, home decoration and hardware, textile and garments, auto and motorcycle parts, service trade, to medical and epidemic prevention products, etc.

 

Special sections also featured these three (3) special industries — China Epidemic Prevention Achievements, China Today, and Chinese Brand and Service Trade. In view of the characteristics of service trade’s rapid development, the exhibition selects Chinese service trade enterprises, builds an appearance window and interactive platform, while striving to promote the Chinese service to go on a global scale.

During the exhibition, there are six (6) special industry matchmaking meetings held. The industries preferred are food and food processing, home decoration and hardware, household and gifts, consumer electronics and home appliances, textile and garments, and automobile and motorcycle parts. This matchmaking meeting introduces the cooperation intention of both the Chinese and foreign enterprises in advance. The meeting is carefully prepared and organized to maximize the meeting’s accuracy and efficient docking.

 

The online exhibition closes on July 30, 2021.
